My stay was quite disappointing overall. Though the staff was helpful and the pool was enjoyable, check-in was frustrating and I encountered serious hygiene issues. Additionally, dealing with unexpected charges left a sour taste in my mouth. The hotel certainly needs to improve its management and cleanliness to live up to expectations.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The friendly staff made all the difference, especially with the exceptional service from Yoot and Padang, who really went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, which added to the overall experience. While everything was great, a little more maintenance in some areas would elevate it further. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from Patong Beach and local markets.
